Welcome to Malee Kitchen Samui, an authentic Thai restaurant first established in February 2018 in Chaweng by our passionate owner, Malivan Burapant (Malee). In August 2024, we proudly opened our second location in Fisherman's Village, continuing our commitment to quality and service. We are dedicated to bringing you the traditional flavors of Thailand, crafted with care and creativity.

 

Our menu features a variety of dishes prepared with fresh, locally-sourced and home-grown ingredients from our farm, ensuring that every bite is a true taste of Thailand. We take pride in our cooking methods, using no MSG and creating all pastes and sauces fresh on-site. At Malee Kitchen, we believe in catering to all dietary needs. That's why we offer gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian-friendly options, allowing everyone to enjoy our delicious cuisine.

 

We understand that spice levels can vary from person to person, so we invite our guests to choose their desired spice level for each meal, from no spice to authentic Thai spice. Join us at Malee Kitchen for a memorable dining experience that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Thailand!

Meet Tharnthida Phaekrathok, our talented head chef at Malee Kitchen. Having been with us from day one, she's the heart and soul behind our culinary excellence.

Tharnthida skillfully leads both of our restaurant teams, making sure every dish embodies her love for authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. Her dedication and creativity inspire our staff daily and bring joy to every guest who dines with us.
